Parking Lot Power Sweeping

Parking Lot Power Sweeping takes place in the spring to clean up sand and debris left over from the winter months. Power Sweeping can take place year round to maintain a clean parking lot.



Greg Varcoe Maintenance can help with your spring cleaning and will leave your parking lot looking clean and tidy after our visit. We have multiple sweeping units designed for the job. 

Parking Lot Line Painting & Graphics

New parking lot lines, traffic lines and graphics provide clear and safe traffic flow while rejuvenating the appearance of a parking lot.

We use MTO approved traffic paint for all Line Painting Jobs at Commercial and Industrial properties.

​

The parking lot must be power swept prior to application.

Pavement Restoration

Pavement restoration is key to keeping parking lots safe and to reduce hazards.

  • Cut and patch repairs (as pictured above)

  • Pavement Sealing & Crack Routing

Poly-Tar Pavement Sealing provides a fresh black finish that is water resistant and helps to preserve the life of the pavement.

Asphalt crack repair is when all major cracks are routed, blown free of all debris and sealed using a hot applied rubberized crack and joint sealant that meets provincial highway specifications. 

 

Aggregate Delivery and Application/Grading

 

We deliver a wide range of products such as:

Topsoil, Mulch, Sand, Gravel, Limestone, River Rock and Sod.
